Job Summary: The Financial Coach primarily works to provide financial counseling and coaching and has a strong understanding of personal finances and the ability to teach that knowledge to others. They are responsible for assisting program participants in developing plans of action to reach their goals and achieve financial stability. The coach will also conduct classes and workshops on topics such as budgeting, credit building, and banking products. The financial coach will provide overall retention services and works closely with the program coordinator.

EHS Instructor

Location: Chicago

Job Summary: The EHS Instructor delivers quality EH&S training for all OAI departments and programs and oversees and manages assistant EH&S instructors. The instructor researches, reviews, recommends and implements content updates of EH&S curricula; conducts onsite observations and evaluations of OAI’s EH&S contract instructors and assists in recruitment and vetting new OAI instructors. An ideal candidate is willing to work towards becoming the EH&S Training Manager.

Job Summary: The Retention Specialist is responsible for keeping program participants active and engaged in training and employment to ensure established goals are met and employers are satisfied.
